On our small family farm, we are still in the early years of garlic growing and having so much fun experimenting with new varieties. This year, fingers crossed, we will be adding two new Creole varieties, grown organically (not certified). Garlic scapes are also coming this year, whenever the weather and garlic decide that is, so we hope to see everybody for a bit around June.
