PJ’s Poultry is owned and operated by Perry and Jennifer Baker. In a world where mass production often overshadows the values of traditional farming, PJ’s Poultry’s small chicken farm stands as a reminder of better food, grown locally. Through our genuine passion for sharing our harvest, we remind everyone of the simple joys and profound connections that come from supporting local agriculture.

Our path to providing locally raised chicken and eggs began with our son Frank. As a member of the Pleasant View 4-H Club, he wanted to show meat chickens. A few years later we purchased a small 29-acre farm just 3 miles east of Mineral Point.

PJ’s Poultry is committed to sharing the fruits of our labor with neighbors, bringing our farm-fresh eggs and chicken to local farmers’ markets in the tri-state area. We also supply Popolo’s Pizzeria and Marr’s Valley View CSA with chicken products.

We offer a wide range of cuts, from whole chickens to chicken feet and everything in between, all processed at two federally inspected facilities.
