Cat Adoptions and Spaying/Neutering

Saving Grace Cat Rescue is a foster-based 501c3 non-profit organization located right here in Mineral Point! We were founded on 3/11/2022 and since then we have had nearly 200 cat adoptions and have spayed/neutered over 100 feral cats.

"Foster-based" means that all of our cats are kept in volunteers’ homes until they are ready for adoption. We do not have a brick-and-mortar shelter. Our mission is to save the lives of cats by providing them forever homes and to decrease the overpopulation by providing access to spay and neuter services. We are a completely volunteer-run organization that is funded through private donations.

Our founder, Kristina, moved to the Mineral Point area about 2.5 years ago. She saw that there was a great need for animal welfare services in southwestern Wisconsin and she decided that she could be the change she wanted to see. We have continued to grow over the past 2 years. We now have a small team of volunteers and foster homes who continue to work towards our mission. We are always looking for additional volunteers, so if you’d like to help in any way please reach out to us!
