Hello MP Market Goers!

We are always sad to say goodbye to another season of market in the park. Thanks so much for supporting us this season! Our vendors greatly appreciate your commitment to supporting local farms, families, bakers, and artisans.

Unfortunately, we won’t be moving the market indoors this season. However, MANY of our vendors continue to have items available throughout the winter! So, whether you need something for a warm and cozy dinner or a lazy Saturday morning breakfast, scroll down to see what’s still available from our bakers and farm vendors. Or if you’re looking for some gifts for the holidays, our local artisans would love to help you find that perfect gift, scroll down to find out how to get in touch with them!

We hope you have a wonderful winter filled with laughter, love, and great food! Thanks again for all you do to support the market!

We look forward to seeing you again in May!

Bures Berry Patch

It’s been a fabulous year in Mineral Point and we so appreciate all the support you’ve given our family and farm. It’s sad to see our market season end, however, our chickens continue to lay beautiful brown eggs throughout the winter! Plus we’ve got locally made jam and pure local honey available as well; both great items for your pantry as well as gifts for teachers or hosts of holiday parties. Stop on out at the Patch, we’re open 9-6 pm daily! For more info, check out our Now in the Patch Page. Hope to see you in the Patch soon and thanks again for a great year and all your support! How To Purchase Our Meats Now That Market Has Ended
We are truly thankful for your support throughout the 2022 Market season and want to share with you how you can continue to purchase our meat products year round for you and your family to enjoy.
Are you a week to week shopper? We have you covered – just select your favorite way to shop below and we’ll take care of you:
1. The best way to know what products are in stock and to purchase them is through our website – marrsvvfmeats.com. Once on the website, create your account (if you don’t already have one) selecting Valley View Farms as your Default Location for pickup. You need to have an account to place your orders. You can then see what products are available and the prices. After placing your order, you will receive an ‘estimate’ total. Once your order is packed you will receive an email with the actual total due. Placing your order on the website is the best because there is no back and forth discussion about what is available, pricing etc.
2. Next best way is to email your order to us at marrsvvfmeats@gmail.com. Make sure to include the product name(s) and quantity you want to order. We will get back to you with any questions and advise when your order is ready to be picked up.
3. Lastly, call or text your order to 608-574-2899.
Want to stock up for the Winter ahead or check names off your Christmas list?
We are now taking reservations for 1/2 hogs, whole hogs and 1/4 beef starting with December availability. Email us at marrsvvfmeats@gmail.com if interested. Think CHRISTMAS GIFTS for those that have everything. Not sure? Give a Marr’s Valley View Farms Gift Certificate. It’s never too early to check that off your list!
Remember, when you dine on Marr’s Valley View Farms meats, rest assured you are eating naturally lean meats – fresh beef and pork products direct from local farms to you. See you soon, all of us at Marr’s Valley View Farms.

Over the Moon Soap Co

Over The Moon Soap will not be at market the rest of the season.
Their Soap and Shampoo Bars are available by contacting Yvonne on her Facebook page, or by emailing overthemoonsoapco@gmail.com.
Orders can be picked up at their home in Dodgeville any time! And they also offer delivery on certain days to the city of MP and Dodgeville.
Watch for a separate Over The Moon Soap Facebook page with a list of the soaps available for purchase, and how to order.
Also watch for posts on the MP Community Page for updates on product and a list of Fall and Holiday Vendor events they will be attending.
Yvonne and Pat thank you for your continued support of Over The Moon Soaps and look forward to seeing you around the area.
Sincerely,
The McIntyres

Shooting Star Farm

2022 has been a terrific growing season and a really terrific Market season. Thanks to everyone who supported our wonderful local producers and artisans on Saturday mornings. You are truly the best customers! Our Market season has come to an end and I couldn’t have made it through the year without Krista, Galen, Ella, and Amy – my amazing and hearty crew. There may be another opportunity to get produce from my farm either at a potential indoor market, or through a pre-order and pick-up option. If I can swing either, I will send a notice to everyone on my email list. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you can do so here at the bottom of the page. Until we see you again, enjoy this glorious fall and fingers crossed for a wonderfully snowy winter (I do love winter…). – Jenny

Spensley Farm
