The Cornish Baker
We are a mother and daughter baking team with Cornish Heritage specializing in Cornish tea biscuits, figgy hobbin, fruit pies, assorted cookies, (including Cornish Fairings-soft molasses ginger cookies), Texas sized muffins and sweet breads.
We are blessed to be able to bake in house under Wisconsin’s Cookie Bill, and bring some of our Cornish and other baked goods to market. We have been baking for many years and have decided to share them with you!
If our debut at the Mineral Point Market is well received we will expand to include pre-orders and a Facebook page with market day pickup.

Shooting Star Farm
July is coming to a close rapidly, and the summer crops are rolling in. Although my tomatoes are still taking their own sweet time to ripen, I will have some mixed cherry pints, a few reds and heirloom types. Small quantities again this week, so shop early! Lots to choose from this week: Sweet bell and Italian frying peppers, a few eggplants, lots of gorgeous slicing and Japanese (elongated) cucumbers, fresh white onions, fresh Italian bottle onions, shishito peppers, lettuce heads, salad mix, arugula (hopefully), garlic, basil, beets (red, golden, and multi-color), green cabbage, summer squash and zucchini, kale, scallions, Kossack kohlrabi, green beans, and possibly a few other odds and end.
