Shooting Star Farm
It’s been awfully dry out here! My farm has had just about 2-inches of rain in the past 6 weeks, and most of that during the first half of July. Luckily I have irrigation, and most things look fine. I’ll have limited amounts of kale, chard, and zucchini as the first crops are declining, but plantings will be coming along in the next week or two. Also, no lettuce heads this week. Those darn deer…. More in 2 weeks. What I will have: salad mix, arugula, red tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, roma tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, baby fennel, napa cabbage, small green cabbages, leeks, colorful bell peppers, shishito peppers, lots of beets, basil, parsley, dill, and possibly eggplant, and a few hot peppers. Remember you can preorder for Market pickup from 6pm Wednesday evening until 7pm Thursday. Order here.

Spensley Farm
Spensley Farm will not be attending the Mineral Point Market this Saturday. Visit us at the market on August 21st!
