Shooting Star Farm
It’s Memorial weekend and graduation weekend, which means my boy just had his last day of high school! We will be celebrating with lots of friends and family, but I will be at Market bright and early with a great line-up of vendors. The storms Thursday night did a bit of damage, but fortunately most everything is okay and the plastic is still on the hoophouses. Unfortunately, 3 power poles snapped a quarter mile from my house and I’ve been without power for nearly 24 hours as I write this at 6pm Wednesday night. My internet connects only intermittently, if at all. So no pre-orders this week! What I can do is provide you with lettuce. Lots and lots of beautiful lettuce including mini heads, large romaine, and a bit of large butter lettuce. I will have lots of green garlic, a few bunches of turnips, salad mix, and maybe some radishes. I’ve been caught between crops and so much more is just week away (including beets! – but not this week). So, please include some greens in your weekend plans. I know I will! See you Saturday!

Sunnyside Down Farm
Memorial Weekend is upon us! Campers, road trippers, staycationers, and all y’all in between – whatever you are planning this weekend, stop by one of the many local farmer markets!
Sunny Side Down will be at the market with all our artisan bread varieties, fresh pies for your weekend gatherings, and loads of cookies and sweet breads to carry you through the weekend!
Out on the farm, where free range weirdos roam, chickens dream of a world where they can cross the road without having their motives questioned.😂🐓
***OUR WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION***
If you would like to preorder for market pickup, please message us on facebook.com/sunnysidedownfarm or email sunnysidedownllc@gmail.com
(Pre-orders are due by Noon on Friday, May 25th)!
